How do I join CFMA or CFSA?

You can join online and pay via credit card, or you can download and complete a membership application. You can mail, email, or fax in your application, and a CFMA/CFSA team member will follow up and help you complete the new membership process.

Who can join CFMA and CFSA?

CFMA members are manufacturers who actually manufacture or add value to the furniture in a facility located in California or the western states. CFSA members are suppliers or service providers to the furnishings industry and can be located anywhere in the country but do business in California.

TB 117 Flammability Notice Law Labels

Upholstery manufacturers save when they order TB 117 Flammability Notice Law Labels from CFMA. You can get sew-on or adhesive labels cheaper than through many other providers.

What types of membership do CFMA and CFSA offer?

CFMA offers just one type of membership for companies that manufacture furniture or accessories. Dues are based on the company’s annual revenue. All employees of the company can attend CFMA events at the member prices. CFMA members are voting members and are eligible to be voting board members.

CFSA offers two types of membership; a company membership and an individual membership. Company members pay slightly higher dues in order to be listed in our online directory of suppliers and receive member benefits for up to five employees. Individual memberships are solely for one person and cannot be transferred to another individual in the company. CFSA members are non-voting, but can become chairs on the CFSA board.

How do I take advantage of the benefit programs once I become a member?

Just contact the CFMA/CFSA office to enroll in any of our benefit programs

How can I access the CFMA/CFSA membership list?

Membership lists are not distributed electronically to anybody. Members of the organization will receive a complimentary directory. Non-members can download the membership directory for $15.
