CFMA Member Benefits

As an Associate Member, you have the opportunity to network with manufacturer members at educational and social events. Associate members receive many of the same money-saving benefits as CFMA members.

How do I join CFMA or CFSA?
You can join online and pay via credit card, or you can download and complete a membership application. You can mail, email, or fax in your application, and a CFMA/CFSA team member will follow up and help you complete the new membership process.
Who can join CFMA and CFSA?
CFMA members are manufacturers who actually manufacture or add value to the furniture in a facility located in California or the western states. CFSA members are suppliers or service providers to the furnishings industry and can be located anywhere in the country but do business in California.

Upholstery manufacturers save when they order TB 117 Flammability Notice Law Labels from CFMA. You can get sew-on or adhesive labels cheaper than through many other providers.
What types of membership do CFMA and CFSA offer?
We offer 3 different types of membership. We no longer offer “individuals”.
- Manufacturer Members: Companies that manufacture furniture in California (voting rights)
- Associate Members: Companies that supply services for furniture manufacturers (no voting rights)
- Supplier Members: Companies that supply products for furniture manufacturers (no voting rights)
Dues are based on the company’s annual revenue. All employees of the company can attend CFMA events at the member prices. CFMA members are voting members and are eligible to be voting board members.
CFSA members are non-voting, but can become chairs on the CFSA board.
How do I take advantage of the benefit programs once I become a member?
Just contact the CFMA/CFSA office to enroll in any of our benefit programs
How can I access the CFMA/CFSA membership list?
Membership lists are not distributed electronically to anybody. Members of the organization will receive a complimentary directory.
What if I forget my login name and password?
If you forgot you password, just click on the “forgot you password?” link on the login page. If you are still unable to log in, contact the CFMA office and we will set up a new username and password for you.
